By using cloudsphere.digital or requesting training from Cloud Sphere, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enrol in sessions.

Services described

Cloud Sphere provides educational technical analysis training focused on support and resistance mapping. Descriptions and prices on this site are informational. A separate agreement or invoice applies when you enrol. We do not execute trades, hold client funds, or offer financial product advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to request or attend paid sessions. You are responsible for ensuring training is suitable for your circumstances.

Intellectual property

Site content, worksheets, checklists, and training materials remain the property of Cloud Sphere. You may use materials for personal learning. You may not resell, republish, or teach from our materials without written permission.

Educational disclaimer

Training is for education only. Past chart examples do not predict future results. You alone decide how to use what you learn. Cloud Sphere is not responsible for trading losses or decisions made after attending sessions.

Website use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or submit abusive messages through forms. We may refuse service or remove access where misuse occurs.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for training and website use is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant session, or re-supply of the training. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Victoria.
