  • Enrolment and billing details when you join a paid session (collected offline or by invoice)
  • Technical data such as approximate browser type and pages visited if analytics cookies are accepted

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, schedule sessions, deliver training, send session-related materials, process refunds when applicable, and improve the website when you consent to analytics cookies.

Legal bases

We process information to perform a contract with you (enrolment), to take steps at your request before a contract, to meet legal obligations, and — for optional analytics — with your consent via the cookie banner.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer record is needed for an active enrolment or dispute. Enrolment and invoice records are retained for at least 7 years as required for Australian tax and business records. Cookie preference choices are stored in your browser until you clear them.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers who host email or invoicing tools, and with professional advisers or authorities when required by law. Providers are expected to handle data securely and only for our instructions.
