Refund & cancellation policy

Scope

This policy covers paid technical analysis training offered by Cloud Sphere: Support & Resistance Mapping Sessions, Zone Construction Workshop, Break & Flip Evening, and Private Level Mentorship. This site does not process payments; fees are collected under a separate invoice or agreement.

Eligibility for a refund

Full refunds are available when you cancel in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled start of a multi-session program or at least 48 hours before a single-session workshop, evening clinic, or mentorship appointment — provided the session has not started and materials unique to your seat have not been prepared.

Timeframe to request

Refund requests must be emailed to studio@cloudsphere.digital within 14 days of the cancellation or of the event that qualifies under this policy. Include your full name, session name, scheduled date, and payment reference.

Full vs partial refunds

  • Full refund: cancellation within the notice windows above, or cancellation by us (instructor illness, venue closure) when we cannot offer a suitable reschedule.
  • Partial refund (50%): cancellation between 7 and 3 days before a multi-session program start, if no sessions have been attended.
  • No refund: cancellation inside 3 days of a program start, no-shows, or departure after a session has begun.

Non-refundable items

Printed mapping checklists or chart packs ordered specifically for your seat after enrolment confirmation, and completed private mentorship hours, are non-refundable. Digital handouts already delivered remain yours; their cost is not refunded separately once a session has started.

Deposits

Some sessions require a deposit to hold a seat. Deposits are credited toward the session fee. Deposits are refundable under the same notice windows as full fees. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit.

Work already started

If you leave a multi-session program after one or more sessions, fees for completed sessions are earned. Remaining unused sessions may be credited toward a future cohort within 6 months at our discretion; cash refunds for unused portions are not guaranteed once the program has started.

Purchased materials

Physical materials prepared for you after confirmation are non-returnable. If we cancel a program and materials have not been used, we will refund the materials charge or ship them to you at no extra fee — your choice.

Cancellation by you

Email studio@cloudsphere.digital or call (03) 5336 4830. Cancellation is effective when we confirm receipt during business hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:30 AEST).

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a private mentorship session once without fee if you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Workshops and mapping labs may be transferred to the next published cohort once, subject to seat availability. Further changes may incur an administrative fee of A$45.

No-shows

Missing a session without notice is treated as completed for that seat. Mentorship no-shows are charged in full. Workshop no-shows are not transferred without our written approval.

Refund process & timing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Funds are returned via the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to an Australian account you designate. Processing times at your bank may add several days.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government-declared restrictions affecting travel to Silver Creek may qualify for credit or refund outside the standard windows; we review these case by case.
